Let's sum up the “Year of Science and Technology”

2021 in Russia has been declared the Year of Science and Technology. This was a good reason for holding various events in kindergarten that helped attract children's attention to scientific discoveries and technological achievements, as well as familiarize themselves with scientific literature. After all, the more students are passionate about science, the greater the potential for technological development the country will have. Preschoolers make discoveries every day, exploring the world around them. Thematic conversations, quizzes, experiments, and experiences are held with students.

In 2022, the preschool educational institution implemented projects of various types. In the process of participating in project activities and participating in cognitive development games, our students learned to look for answers to their questions.

In the younger group (group No. 11, teacher Bulgakova E.I.), an educational project in the field of natural history was implemented, touching on issues of environmental education; older groups chose the following topics for project activities: “Entertaining mathematics” (group No. 8, teachers Morozova E.A. ., Popova L.A.), “Dietetics: the benefits of cereals” (group No. 9, teacher Savina L.M.), as well as “Magic Leaves” group No. 3 (teachers Chepiga O.V., Travina M.V. ), the preparatory groups organized project activities in the direction of “Experimentation is interesting!” (group No. 7 teachers Mozgovaya TV., Khryukina O.V.) and “Anatomy. How am I structured?” (group No. 5, teachers Lazareva Yu.A., Pavlichenko S.Ya.). As we see, the scientific world of a preschooler is very diverse and multifaceted; young researchers are equally interested in playing logical mathematical games and learning about the importance of traditional Russian porridge for human health, conducting various interesting experiments with water and air and playing the story game “Polyclinic” , which employs doctors who know a lot about the structure of man and his health, observe seasonal changes in nature and learn about the causes of these changes from a biological point of view.

With regular work and close interaction with their parents, children develop intellectual curiosity, a thirst for new knowledge, interest in the world around them and a desire to gain new experiences.

Science and technology is a topic for more than one year. This topic must be used regularly in working with children, and not stop there. Just go forward.

Prepared by: speech therapist MBDOU No. 11 Donetsk

Boglacheva Larisa Leonidovna

Hello, dear colleagues, I recently joined your ranks.

The first difficulty I encountered was preparing and organizing the speech therapy room for its intended purpose.

After reading a large amount of specialized literature, articles, advice from other specialists who share their experience, I made my conclusions and got to work.

The main purpose of a speech therapy room in a preschool educational institution, as we know , is the correction of speech disorders in children.

Firstly, the speech therapy room must be equipped with :

speech therapy mirror (50*100 cm)

;

• individual mirror for working with children;

speech therapy probes and spatulas , medical alcohol, cotton wool

sterile, clean towel;

• workplace for a speech therapist teacher to work with documentation and

conducting individual consultations with parents;

• tables and children's chairs (5-6 pcs)

for children who can

adjust depending on the child’s growth;

cabinets, racks for storing educational games, aids for the development of fine motor skills, breathing, mental functions, for storing methodological and visual didactic literature;

• wall clock;

• magnetic board.

Secondly, any speech therapy room must be visually divided into main zones:

1.articulation zone: large wall mirror,

individual mirror, photo albums, posters with articulation gymnastics, tools for sound production;

2.breathing zone: contains materials, games, exercises for

development of speech breathing;

3. zone of phonal perception (intonation)

: toys,

musical instruments, pictures with emotions;

4. zone for the development of general motor skills: aids, games, toys,

natural material, finger games to develop fine motor skills of the hands;

5.methodological zone: plans, notes, library

methodological literature;

6.zones of development of grammar and vocabulary: visual

educational aids and toys; subject, plot and

a series of visual pictures for the development of coherent speech; card indexes (tongue twisters, tongue twisters, nursery rhymes, riddles, finger games, word games and exercises); heroes of puppet and table theater; wall alphabet, chips, magnetic cash register of letters and syllables ;

And in another zone, the 7th, you can add a motivational zone: it includes items for encouragement - symbols (medals, stickers or something else)

for good work and success of the child.

The speech therapist's office should be clean , cozy, and comfortable. The environment you create allows you to develop the child’s mental functions (memory, thinking, perception, attention, forming ideas about the world around him.

A speech therapy room in a kindergarten should not be office or academic.

All material (games, toys, manuals) should be available for use by children as they progress through lexical topics and constantly updated. The child should have the desire and desire to go to the speech therapist’s office , because it’s interesting, unusual and you won’t be bored!

I wish you good luck in creating your own speech therapy office !

What equipment is used in the speech therapy room of a preschool educational institution?

Teachers widely use teaching materials, selected board games, and interactive equipment. It is mandatory to have mirrors and instruments (probes, spatulas) in the office.

Speech therapists note an increase in the effectiveness of lessons using progressive technical means. The advantage of innovative developments remains a clear interface and the availability of programs adapted to the needs expressed by domestic teachers. Employees of the AV Complex company offer their own products, the creation of which took into account the nuances of speech correction and development. In the catalog:

  • Children's multimedia and speech therapy complexes. Stylish, attractive models will appeal to kids. They are made from environmentally friendly materials. Thanks to the PROTECT KIDS software package, a safe computer environment for children is organized.
  • Furniture tables for a speech therapist's office, designed for children from 3 to 7 years old. Height-adjustable height models for children and schoolchildren up to 14 years old.

Built-in interactive screens support the Multi Touch system for up to 10 touches. The software includes hundreds of training programs and corrective exercises. Using the resources provided, it is easy to interest children and achieve results.

Tasks and games cover all topics: sound pronunciation, phonetics, phonemics, vocabulary. While playing, preschoolers learn to apply skills in practice, improve fine motor skills, and develop thinking processes. Integration with other equipment is possible; there are cables, a surge protector, and connectors. Control is provided using a wireless keyboard and mouse. An appropriate video card and acoustics have been selected.

Furniture modules are equipped with drawers and cabinets, mirrors, and lighting. The decorative body is finished with PVC edge. Company employees guarantee information/technical support to customers. You can place an order by phone, which is listed in the “Contacts” section, or through the form on the website.

What is included in a ready-made speech therapy room?

A ready-made speech therapist’s office is a set of equipment for work selected taking into account the specifics. A specialist equipped in this way receives a full set of necessary tools and can work with various speech disorders.

Depending on the specialization of the children's institution, the contents of the office are also formed - specialized ones require the maximum number of elements, while for others a standard set will be sufficient.

The finished speech therapist’s office may include the following tools:

  • special software;
  • probes;
  • kits for stimulation and massage of certain speech zones;
  • methodological material;
  • interactive games and more.

Office equipment may also be included here: printer, monitor, headphones.

How to use?

The ready-made speech therapist's office is suitable for use in:

  • children's preschool educational institutions;
  • correctional centers;
  • preschool institutions with a speech therapy focus;
  • development centers.

With its help you can successfully solve problems of varying complexity. This is facilitated by:

  • an environment conducive to contact with a specialist;
  • modern tools to diagnose speech disorders and correct them;
  • interactive games that make the process fun and interesting for the child.

A ready-made office helps the specialists themselves become participants in the program and enter the game, rather than managing it from the outside. This facilitates communication between the speech therapist and the child, which is extremely important for obtaining results.

The equipment allows for individual and group lessons, expanding the functionality of a children's speech therapist and his capabilities.

The office of a kindergarten teacher-speech therapist plays a special role as a room where children play with great pleasure. The game allows you to naturally, subtly and unobtrusively eliminate speech deficiencies, makes it possible to repeatedly repeat difficult speech therapy exercises, and master literacy. Speech activity is formed, educated, and developed in it. Speech therapists working in kindergartens have long begun to create new types of equipment, develop speech games and aids, and change the developmental environment of classrooms. I invite my colleagues to get acquainted with my ideas for its design and equipment. I have made a number of visual wall aids that help me teach literacy to preschool children with general speech underdevelopment.

Literacy learning is a purposeful, systematic process to prepare for mastery of writing and reading. My handmade manuals help me get acquainted with and remember sounds and letters. These aids are made of isolon mats with plastic pockets for letters and pictures in the form of different figures and animals: a caterpillar, Leopold the cat, colorful cars, colorful castles.

N

and the first stage of learning to read and write involves familiarization with vowel sounds and letters. The “Caterpillar” manual helps us with this. On each circle of the body is placed the letter with which the children became acquainted. And a sound is attached here with an image of the articulation of the corresponding sound. Children easily remember how a sound is pronounced and a letter looks like.

Stage II – familiarization with consonant sounds and letters. When getting acquainted with each sound, its characteristics are given: a consonant can be hard and soft, and it is immediately explained that a green sound sign means softness, a blue sign means hardness. Here we designate the symbol of sound - a letter. “Leopold the Cat” helps us with this.

To determine and consolidate the hardness and softness of consonant sounds, children are offered the “Machines” manual in different colors of blue and green. My children and I determine the hardness or softness of the initial (maybe middle or last) sound of objects from pictures and ride them on the appropriate car. For example: the picture shows a tray. The child analyzes the first sound “P”, it is a consonant, hard sound, we place it in a blue car. And he places a card with the letter P in the cabin, and “puts” a picture with a tray in the back of the car. These machines help children remember color symbols for sound-letter analysis.

And finally, to consolidate knowledge of letters and sounds, a caterpillar with vowels and cars with consonants come to the “City of Letters”, where there are only 3 castles: red, blue and green. The caterpillar puts all its vowels in the red castle, the blue car puts its consonants in the blue castle, the green car puts it in the green castle. This city serves as a small hint for children in further work with letters and sounds.

These are the speech therapy tricks I have in my office!!!
